Our trips are made for everyone who wish to take an adventure and explore more, our trips are off-the-beaten-track, where you will enjoy extreme wilderness untouched by modern development. Yet it demands a physically fitness. But don't be scared off! You don't need to be skilled climbers or cyclists. Anyone with healthy physical condition, a spirit for adventure to explore the exotic nature will enjoy the thrill of our trips.

Regular bicycling, swimming, jogging, cross-country skiing, aerobic exercise would make you fit. Don't make yourself believe that you will get in good shape after a few days of walking or cycling. When you climb toward a high pass of 4000m after 3-4 days trekking and cycling, you will be a lot happier if you have taken regular exercise before set off.

All our trips are supported by vehicles, pack animals, porters, cooks and off course your guides

Meals
Three meals a day with Chinese flavors.

When camping, 
Food will be prepared using our pre-packed ingredients together with fresh local produce whenever available. Sufficient boiled drinking water will be supplied throughout the trip. 

       

We give each of our trips a grade by walking or cycling hours and altitude to demonstrate the relative difficulty of our trips, 

Each of our trips is graded by "Strenuous", "Moderate" and "Easy", taking into account factors such as the terrain, altitude and length of time walking or cycling.

  • Hotels and guesthouses
  • 3-5 hours walking or cycling per day
  • Suitable for fit walkers or cyclist
